1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

• 🎯 Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies covering talent acquisition, retention, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
• 🏨 Standardize HR policies and practices across multiple properties while ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor law.
• 👥 Lead executive recruitment, organizational development, and initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
• 🌟 Enhance employer branding, corporate culture, and service excellence across the organization.
• 🤝 Build strategic partnerships with hospitality industry leaders and international hospitality schools.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

• 💼 3–5+ years of experience in a similar VP/Director of HR role within hospitality.
• 🏨 Proven experience managing HR across multi-property portfolios, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• 🌏 Regional experience in Asia, with Vietnam experience required.
• ⚖️ Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, HR compliance, executive recruitment, and C&B design.
• 🏗️ Pre-opening and opening experience is an advantage.
• 🗣️ Fluent English with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• ✈️ Based in Vietnam and willing to travel regularly to properties.
