Job Summary
The person holding this position is responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of the Business Development Department and the Investment Department (referred to as the responsible areas) in achieving the Company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

Directing and overseeing the activities of the Business Development Department and the Investment Department, including:
a. Directing and overseeing the design of organizational structure and staffing in the responsible areas.
b. Organizing and overseeing the planning, programs, projects, and activities in the responsible areas.
c. Organizing and overseeing the implementation of the target system and performance measurement (KPIs) in the responsible areas.
d. Organizing the development and control of the implementation of management documents in the responsible areas (policies, regulations, procedures, job instructions, and various types of documents, forms, records, etc.).
e. Monitoring compliance of the Construction Management Department and Project Management Committees with the Company’s internal policies/regulations, work procedures/instructions, and other internal management documents.
f. Planning, organizing training/coaching, and providing guidance to Directors in the responsible areas.
g. Evaluating the effectiveness of Directors in the responsible areas.
Controlling the operating budget (annual, quarterly, monthly) in the responsible areas.
Organizing process improvement, resource, and activity organization in the responsible areas.
Organizing the control of records/documents (internal and external) in the responsible areas.
Developing short-term, medium-term, and long-term investment strategies in line with the company’s overall investment objectives.
Organizing reports and evaluations of investment activities.
Guiding forecasting and investment analysis activities.
Guiding the implementation of research projects, planning, and investment activity review.
Proposing capital expenditure to ensure the company’s investment plans.
Leading the organization of the annual business plan development.
Provide advice in identifying and implementing the company’s strategies, proposing development plans and technical business forecasts.

Advise on strategy building and implementation.

Legal Compliance Monitoring

Organizing the development, updating, and distribution of legal documents related to the responsible areas.
Conducting research on legal policies/regulations related to the responsible areas and proposing/advising the CEO on changes to ensure compliance with the law.
Monitoring and reporting to the CEO on activities in the responsible areas that may affect the company’s legal compliance.
Other Duties

Develop plans and reports as required by the CEO.
Maintain transaction relationships with government agencies (departments, agencies, etc.) and external partners related to the responsible areas and/or as required by the CEO.
Advise the CEO on issues related to the responsible areas.
Perform other functions and duties as assigned by the CEO.

III. Key Competency Requirements
Technical Competence:

Master’s degree in finance/business administration.
05 years of experience in a similar position in the real estate industry.
10 years of experience in investment management and financial management.
Character, Attitude, Behavior:

Demonstrates creativity, commitment (keeps promises), fairness (assesses and acts based on facts, unbiased), and respect (listens to different viewpoints for development).
Management Competence:

Ability to set goals, plan, organize, lead, and control; make decisions, and manage people and budgets effectively.
Understanding of the Company’s management system.

Building good relationships and a strong network.
