1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

• 🏛️ Develop architectural design studies, drawings, technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants throughout all design stages.
• 🏗️ Oversee architectural works, including tender evaluation, site supervision, quality control, and contract documentation.
• 💬 Liaise with clients, vendors, and sub-consultants to ensure project progress and design alignment.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 📋 At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• ✅ A valid Practicing License in Architectural Design is mandatory.
• 💻 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop; knowledge of BIM workflows is required.
• 🧠 Strong technical documentation, analytical thinking, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• 🌱 Knowledge of sustainable design principles is an advantage.
