• 📈 Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue opportunities.
• 📊 Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging markets, and new business opportunities.
• 📑 Prepare business proposals, tender submissions, and presentations for prospective clients.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, business partners, and key stakeholders.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or a related field.
• 💼 At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
• 🏗️ Strong knowledge of the construction market, particularly architecture and engineering design consultancy.
• 🤝 Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
• 🧠 Strong strategic planning, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• 🌏 High proficiency in spoken and written English, with willingness to travel for business purposes.
• ⭐ Previous experience in customer support and international business environments is an advantage.
