1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

• ⚡ Lead engineering design development, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination for data center projects.
• 🔌 Design and review critical electrical systems, including MV/LV distribution, UPS, transformers, generators, ATS/STS, grounding, and power monitoring.
• 📊 Assess electrical capacity, load allocation, protection coordination, and redundancy configurations (N, N+1, 2N) to ensure system reliability.
• 🏗️ Coordinate electrical, mechanical, fire protection, controls, and structural disciplines throughout project delivery.
• 📐 Review engineering calculations, specifications, technical drawings, equipment selections, and BIM deliverables.
• 🛠️ Support construction, commissioning, testing, and handover activities, including FAT, SAT, and integrated systems testing.
• 🤝 Work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors to resolve technical challenges.
• 🚀 Mentor engineers, manage technical deliverables, and contribute to continuous improvement in data center engineering.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or a related engineering discipline.
• 💼 Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical building-services design and multidisciplinary MEP coordination.
• 🏢 Proven experience in data center engineering projects is strongly preferred.
• ⚡ Strong understanding of mission-critical electrical systems, redundancy strategies, and data center operations.
• 📐 Experience across design development, construction support, testing, commissioning, and handover is an advantage.
• 🧠 Strong technical leadership, engineering coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• 🌏 Fluent English communication skills; Chinese language proficiency and international project exposure are advantages.
• ⭐ A practicing engineering license, relevant data center certification, or project management experience is an advantage.
