• 🏗️ Develop and implement BIM automation tools and scripts to enhance modeling, coordination, and documentation workflows.
• 💻 Design data-driven BIM workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve project monitoring and delivery efficiency.
• 🤝 Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and digital transformation.
• 🤖 Research, test, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, automation tools, and digital platforms, into BIM processes.
• 📐 Ensure BIM standards, execution plans, templates, and procedures align with digital innovation initiatives.
• 🚀 Develop scalable automation frameworks and support continuous improvement across multidisciplinary project teams.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 💼 Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital delivery, software development, automation, or technical innovation.
• 🏗️ Strong BIM expertise and experience with digital delivery platforms, including Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks.
• 💻 Strong programming and automation skills, particularly Python, Dynamo, and internal tool/plugin development.
• 📊 Experience with dashboards, data visualization, APIs, and system integration; familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
• 🤖 Practical experience or strong interest in AI technologies, workflow automation, rapid prototyping, and digital innovation.
• 🧠 Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• 🌏 Professional working proficiency in English, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• ⭐ Additional training in software development, data systems, or experience within AEC consultancy environments is an advantage.
