🤝 Build, expand, and manage nationwide sales agency networks and strategic partnerships.
👔 Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.
📊 Conduct market research, monitor sales performance, and manage departmental budgets.
🏢 Oversee sales operations, customer service, and market expansion initiatives.
🚀 Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with business objectives.

2️⃣ Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
💼 Over 8 years of managerial experience in real estate or a related industry.
🏗️ Strong knowledge of real estate sales, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
👔 Proven leadership skills with experience managing sales teams and agency networks.
📊 Excellent strategic planning, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
🌏 Good command of English and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
⚡ Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
