🚀 URGENT HIRING – SENIOR QS EXECUTIVE (MEP) | REAL ESTATE

Our client, a real estate development company in Vietnam, is seeking an experienced Senior QS Executive (MEP) to oversee cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and cost control for MEP packages across all project stages.

1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

📊 Prepare and review MEP budget estimates, cost plans, and value engineering proposals.

📐 Measure, verify, and audit Bills of Quantities (BOQs) against engineering drawings and specifications.

📑 Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiations with contractors and subcontractors.

💰 Monitor project expenditures, control budgets, and identify potential cost overruns.

🏗️ Review payment applications, variation orders (VOs), extension of time (EOT) claims, and contract disputes.

🤝 Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery.

📈 Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account settlements.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

💼 Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor.

🏢 Proven experience in high-rise residential, luxury hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

⚙️ Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV.

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and specialized QS measurement software.

📊 Strong cost estimation, contract management, negotiation, and commercial risk assessment skills.

🌏 Good command of English with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

⚡ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines.
