⚖️ Review and advise on contracts, tenders, and legal documents
🤝 Support business units on legal risks, compliance, and negotiations
📑 Manage litigation matters and liaise with external counsel
🏢 Lead and develop the Legal team, ensuring effective operations
🔎 Ensure company policies align with regulatory and legal requirements

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Law with valid practicing certificate
📅 8+ years of legal experience, including law firm background
🧠 Strong expertise in contracts, compliance, and legal risk management
🗣️ Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation skills
