1. Job Responsibilities
🤝 Participate in business development and partner events.
📊 Lead, manage, and support the Sales Team to achieve KPIs.
💡 Propose and plan business campaigns.
📈 Build and expand the customer base.
🛒 Develop sales processes and customer care systems.
🎓 Train team members on product updates and promotions.
📝 Report business and team performance to the Executive Director.

2. Job Requirements
🎓 University degree.
🏆 At least 2 years of experience in the education sector.
🌐 Basic English proficiency.
👥 Strong management and leadership skills.
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🤝 Good negotiation and persuasion skills, able to handle work pressure.
🔍 Eager to learn and proactive.
